EDIT: Shop head Robert gave me a call after seeing this review below. Informed me that the tech that worked on my truck has had similar incidents attempting upselling to customers and has been let go since. Brandon the shop owner and Robert understand the values of customer relationships and doing good business. They’ve personally apologized for the circumstance, terminated a problem employee and even offered to refund my alignment that was done over 3 months ago. It’s hard finding a trustworthy shop with good ownership and I would recommend wide open customs to anyone Brought my 19’ Duramax in for alignment being one of the only shops in the area that are capable working on large lifted trucks. Alignment fell out do to myself rotating tires and tire wear being so off it pulled the truck out of alignment. Tech said most of the front end needed rebuilding IE wheel bearings lower ball joints inner tie rods idler arm sway bar links +2k worth of work that these components were bad and truck will just fall out of alignment again. Since then I’ve drove the truck to upstate New York and back 5k miles since coming to the shop. Had my truck on a lift at my home shop in NY, myself and my trusted mechanic checked all of these components all are in good working order, alignment still true after 5k miles now. I believe this shop is mechanically capable, however untrustworthy and will attempt to upsell unneeded repairs to customers.
